I often see clients battling low self esteem and lack of identity. Too often these individuals forget their own attributes and strengths. After having read this adaptation of quotes made by Mae West and Eleanor Roosevelt I felt compelled to share it to remind us all of our inner reserves and ability to overcome obstacles:
